We're excited to announce a new feature in beta: WhatsApp integration within our platform. This update, accessible through the settings on the left-hand side, opens up a new avenue for communication with your audience.

To get started, simply select the WhatsApp option in settings. You'll be guided through a straightforward sign-up process, including a credit card setup. After this, you'll log in with your Facebook account. Just follow the Facebook prompts to complete the setup. Once done, you'll see the WhatsApp integration activated on your profile, allowing you to add phone numbers for direct communication.

It's important to note that while WhatsApp is now available in the conversation profile, there are certain limitations. If no message has been initiated in the past 24 hours, you'll need to use a pre-approved template to start a chat. This is similar to the restrictions in place for Facebook Messenger. Despite this, the integration offers a great new way to connect with your audience using one of the world's most popular messaging platforms.
